Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identity document, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — constitutes fraud and may result in the immediate permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to the relevant authorities.
The name and mobile number on your kekiya account must match the name and mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile banking account. Mismatches between your kekiya account details and your payment method registration details may result in withdrawal delays or rejection of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory identity verification.
As a general rule, only one kekiya account is permitted per household, per IP address, and per device. All financial transactions on the kekiya platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kekiya does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. kekiya does not apply currency conversion charges to any deposit or withdrawal transaction.
